Refund & Cancellation Policy

In the case of emergency last-minute cancellations, we are happy to donate your pre-ordered meals to a favorite neighbor friend or teacher but with less than 72 hours notice, we are unable to issue you a refund or credit because we have had to purchase the raw ingredients and have had to already prep the meal in advance.

For your child's school lunch box delivered to the school, cancellation is accepted until midnight the day before delivery and the amount will be credited back.
