The.Welcome.Home.Studio, a Dallas-based bakery, grew out of a passion for the intentional love and care of others through hospitality. In 2014, Haley, founder of The.Welcome.Home.Studio was diagnosed with Celiac disease, meaning her gluten-filled days & dreams of starting a bakery were over. As a self-proclaimed foodie, she continued to cook + bake gluten-free meals & desserts that she wanted everyone to enjoy (gluten-free or not!) She decided to create the most perfect homemade gluten-free cinnamon roll recipe. Although their kitchen is not gluten-free certified, they have a completely gluten-free kitchen, & also make dairy-free desserts.
